The IP protection level consists of two numbers. The first number indicates the amount of dust in the appliance and prevents foreign matter from entering, ie protecting foreign objects. The second digit indicates the density of electrical protection against moisture and water intrusion. The higher the number, the higher the degree of protection and the better the water protection.
